Since 1895, Fabrikant has been the premier luxury jewelry provider for the world’s most discerning private clientele. Headquartered in New York City, this bastion of the jewelry industry consistently tops $1B in sales annually and has a global footprint in cities like Mumbai, Tel Aviv, Hong Kong, and Antwerp.
For their new showroom in Manhattan’s Diamond District, Fabrikant aimed to provide their clientele with more than just stunning gems. The company wanted to deliver a luxury experience for their clients with a beautiful space to relax, entertain, and enjoy their breathtaking pieces. Fabrikant’s partners wanted a dynamic, glamorous space that featured a mix of metals, textures, and sparkle throughout.
The charred wood-nugget feature wall in the Entry brings to mind the coal that many of Fabrikant’s gems originate from. As clients step into the Entertaining area, they’re greeted by an oversized mural of jewelry icon Marilyn Monroe. Monroe’s sultry gaze leads guests through the rest of the Entertainment space, which includes a full kitchen replete with amenities like a wine fridge and espresso station – all built into custom monolithic cabinets and seamless marble countertops. As clients are ushered into the Meeting room, they’re seated at a custom marble table where the partners will present Fabrikant’s exclusive jewelry pieces, curated to fit the unique tastes of each of their clients. The custom-designed display units are a jewel themselves – a true showstopper fabricated in brushed brass and set into a matte black wall, with angles that echo the multi-faceted gems that are showcased within.
