This beautiful Lloyd Harbor residence is our most recent project in Long Island. No detail was overlooked in bringing together lavish moldings and luxe finishes to create this exquisite 10,000 square foot transitional home.
The grand two story foyer boasts a double-sided marble and glass fireplace, giving clear sight lines to the magnificent bay and grounds beyond upon entry. Traditional picture moldings are juxtaposed with clean lines of black architectural glazing throughout. A suede faux finish on the walls warms the large slabs of marble on the floor and column. A custom floating walnut staircase leads the eye to the second floor where a brass and alabaster chandelier sparkles from above.
Classic details and contemporary furnishings spark interest throughout the home. Polished details and pops of jewel tones give a nod to the neighboring metropolis and are balanced by the open and airy volumes and clean industrial architectural elements.

The all white, custom Kitchen is complemented by Calacatta Gold slab countertops, island with a waterfall edge and backsplash. Black accents in the cabinet hardware add a chic layer to the stunning traditional kitchen.
Atop the second-floor landing, guests can take in the marble slabs cladding the two story column. The Primary Bedroom showcases a hand-painted feature wall with metallic accents and custom fabric pendant lights. The Primary Bathroom tub takes center stage in front of floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing stunning views of the bay and manicured grounds. Large format marble floors and walls are warmed by faux wood feature walls behind the vanities and on the shower feature wall. Additional warmth was added with the wood slat portal overhead, visually connecting the his and her vanities.
