This Long Island NY residence was an exciting and unique project as the client’s wanted to breath life into their home with bold feature walls, moody color pallets and luxurious materials and furnishings.

The hardwood floors were stained jet black throughout and a black and white striped stair runner sets the mood for the dynamic interiors to come.

A luxurious and bold hand-painted black and brass feature wall takes center stage in the Entertainment Room while a custom mohair sectional softens the space and welcomes guests to relax around the matte black and polished brass two tiered coffee table. The Entertainment Room opens to the bar area with Sahara Noir black marble countertops and custom fabricated brass ceiling mounted bar shelves which float in front of blackened antique mirror.

The Living Room fireplace was brightened up with a facelift of Zebrano Marble slabs. The horizontal grey stripes in the slabs was carried over to the custom sectional’s mohair fabric and pops of orange from the accent pillows, artwork and lounge chairs enliven the space.

The Powder Room’s black and brass feature wall tile frames a custom floating wood vanity and inset mirror with wall mounted faucet. The central chandelier sparkles above delivering just enough light to showcase the bathroom tile detail and accessories while creating a moody interior. A large Fiddle Leaf Tree adds life and warmth and completes the dynamic, sexy powder room.
